Modern Construction for General Contracting successfully executed the structural concrete works for the Afaq View Project – Jeddah. The scope of work included site preparation, soil replacement works, and geotechnical testing prior to concrete construction, followed by reinforced concrete formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete casting and curing, waterproofing beneath the ground slab, and the construction of reinforced concrete floor slabs for the upper floors, all executed in accordance with the highest engineering and technical standards.
