Project Overview
Modern Construction for General Contracting successfully completed the rehabilitation and refurbishment of several administrative offices. The scope of work included assessing the existing conditions, executing rehabilitation works, installing partitions and ceilings, carrying out painting and architectural finishing works, and reorganizing the internal spaces to improve operational efficiency. The project also included the rehabilitation of several administrative departments in accordance with the highest standards of quality and execution.

Scope of Work
Investment Department: Rehabilitation of administrative offices through the development of interior spaces, including partition systems and architectural finishing works tailored to the department’s operational requirements.
Nursing Department: Rehabilitation of office spaces, including site preparation, partition systems, suspended ceilings, electrical installations, and complete architectural finishing works.
Quality Department: Rehabilitation and refurbishment works, including new partitions, surface treatment, electrical installations, and interior architectural finishes to improve the functionality of the workspace.
Laboratories Department: Interior rehabilitation works, including gypsum board ceiling systems and interior painting works.
Women’s Offices: Construction of new office spaces through interior space reconfiguration, installation of privacy glass partitions, completion of electromechanical works, gypsum board systems, and painting works.
