Scope of Work
Flooring & Site Preparation: Execution of backfilling, surface leveling, mechanical compaction, and installation of floor tiles and finishes in accordance with project specifications.
Ceilings & Interior Finishes: Supply and installation of gypsum board suspended and decorative ceilings to achieve the required architectural quality and aesthetics.
Electrical Works: Complete electrical rough-in and finishing works, including electrical conduits, wiring, and final fixture installations.
Architectural Finishes: Execution of painting works and final architectural finishing to deliver a high-quality, fully operational facility.
